Return & Refund Policy – Little Adventures by Akosua

We want you to feel confident in every purchase from Little Adventures by Akosua.


📄 Digital Products & Final Sale Items:

All digital products (downloads, printables, and instant files) are final sale and non-refundable. Some custom items and special collections may also be ineligible for return — these will be clearly marked on the product page.

 

📦 Physical Products (Mugs, Apparel & Printed Items):

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your physical product, here's our return policy:

1. Return Window:
   • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange
   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

2. Eligible for Return/Exchange:
   • Defective or damaged items
   • Wrong item received
   • Quality issues with printing

3. NOT Eligible for Return:
   • Items damaged due to misuse
   • Items purchased during final sale promotions
   • Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)

4. How to Request a Return:
   • Contact us at info@littleadventuresbyakosua.com within 30 days of delivery
   • Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return
   • We'll review and respond within 2 business days

5. Return Shipping:
   • For defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping costs
   • For other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs


💸 Refunds:

We will notify you if your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


For international refunds, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for cross-border processing.

For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union:

Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order of physical products within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason (known as the "cooling-off period").

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at info@littleadventuresbyakosua.com within 14 days of receiving your product.

Please note:
• This 14-day right of withdrawal applies to physical products only
• Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once downloaded or accessed
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective
• We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Our standard 30-day return policy (outlined above) exceeds the statutory 14-day requirement and applies to all customers, including those in the UK and EU.
